Kentucky Partnership for Early Childhood Service
The Kentucky Partnership for Early Childhood Services is a multi-project consortium housed at the University of Kentucky Human Development Institute.  The partnership's goal is to provide research, training and outreach to support and enhance quality early care and education.

First Steps
First Steps is a statewide early intervention system which provides services to children  from birth to age three with developmental disabilities and their families.

Kentucky Association for Early Childhood Education
The Kentucky Association for Early Childhood Education serves and supports early care and education professionals on behalf of young children and their families.

Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services Division of Childcare
The Division of Child Care provides program coordination for subsidy payments, coordination of Professional Development and training, as well as administering STARS for KIDS NOW and the Kentucky Partnership for Early Childhood Services.
