Food Allergy Awareness

At the end of this class you will know three common foods, which most often cause an allergic reaction and be able to recognize warning signs and symptoms of an anaphylactic reaction. Participants will be able to read food labels to identify hidden food allergens. There will be opportunity to experiment with administering an epi-pen.
